CEO and Founder

Velocity Resource Solutions was founded upon the idea of "people over profits." Throughout Sam's recruiting and management career, he realized that customer satisfaction is the single most important need for clients. This applies to employers, candidates, and employees alike. The ability to connect top talent with industry leading employers becomes an exciting experience when handled with detail, care, respect, and emphasis on customer experience.

Sam has supported organizations of all sizes in finding talent of varying skillsets. After graduating with his Bachelors Degree in Communication from Radford University, Sam supported numerous business verticals where he gained experience in recruiting for Manual Laborers, Finance/Accounting Staff, Administrative Professionals, Developers, Engineers, Intelligence Analysts, HR, Recruiting and Senior Level Managers.

 

Sam is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Software Engineering from Walden University. His education in IT supports thorough screening of candidates and creativity in leveraging technology to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

Ashley Thomas

Director of Operations

Ashley is the glue of the Velocity Resource Solutions team. While her primary focus is delivering back-office support and managing all administrative functions, she takes pride in perpetuating a culture of timely and efficient service to clients and candidates.

Ashley possesses her Bachelor’s Degree from Radford University. Her background and education give her expertise in social media management and content creation. Serving people, giving back to the community, and taking pride in delivery are staples of her character.

Andrew Azzouz

President

During Andrew’s recruiting and relationship building career, he has placed increasing focus on creating the best possible candidate/client experience. This comes from his attention to detail and desire to understand short term and long term needs for every person and organization.

After graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree from West Virginia University, Andrew provided talent management support in government, commercial and private sector business verticals. His recruiting and networking expertise includes IC/DoD skillsets, Administrative Professionals, Developers, Engineers, Intelligence Analysts, HR, Recruiting and Senior Level Managers. Because of his studies in psychology, Andrew believes in creating meaningful relationships that are tailored to the communication style and goals of each employee and client.
